How secure is shopping with Sugar Glamour? Is my data protected?

We have safe and secure ordering. All transactions feature end-to-end 128 bit encryption so your data is fully protected while in transit from your computer to our payment gateways. Once your data reaches the payment gateway, both PayPal and Stripe are fully PCI-DSS Compliant, which means that they adhere to a very strict set of industry security practices surrounding the storage, transmission and processing of cardholder data. It's also of importance to note that your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored on our servers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use both Paypal and Stripe, the best buyer protected online payment systems in the world. With these two payment options, you can use all major credit and debit cards. With Paypal you also have the option of using your PayPal balance.

What currency are transactions in?

All transactions are processed in US dollars.

After I order what happens?

After your order is placed with us you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing your purchase. If this email does not arrive, please check your SPAM folder. The email confirmation that you will receive confirms that we are in full receipt of your order and have successfully authorized your chosen method of payment. After billing has been completed, we will send your order to one, or possibly several of our warehouses. Your items will then be inspected, individually packed and made ready for shipment. Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number for each package. Please remember that individual items that compose your order will most likely be shipped in separate packages from one or possibly many supplier locations (to ensure you get the best value) so expect your packages to arrive sequentially one after another.

My purchase isn't what I expected, can I return it?

How can I change or modify my order?
